Norges Varemesse

Norges Varemesse is a modern exhibition centre, established in 1920. It is situated in Lillestrоm, 18 km from the capital of Norway. Lillestrom railway station provides easy connections to Oslo and from there - to all major European cities. The convenient location of the expo centre, its first-class services and flexibility make it great for hosting large-scale international events. Each year, approximately 50 trade fairs are held in Norges Varemesse. Nor-Shipping and REISELIV are among the most popular of them.

The venue has a total of 59,000 sq metres exhibition area. It consists of 7 main halls and 55 meeting rooms of various size and capacity.

How to get to Norges Varemesse

By Rail

The venue is a short walking distance from the Lillestrøm train station, at it is the preffered public transport from the Airport and Oslo city center.

  • Local train from Oslo central station to Lillestrøm train station. Trip takes 11 minutes.
  • The Airport Express from Oslo Airport Gardermoen to Lillestrøm train station. Trip takes 13 minutes.

By Bus

Hourly bus services connect most local authorities in Akershus county with Lillestrøm and there are available bus stops at the venue from the railway station and airport.

By Car

A four-lane motorway runs right to the centre, and the journey from central Oslo to the Venue by car usually takes 15-20 minutes. Paid parking is available for 2 800 visitor cars, with a further 670 spaces at Lillestrøm railway station.

  • From Oslo - Leave E6 at Karihaugen, take Rv 159 to Lillestrøm. Turn right at the second roundabout after the Ræling Tunnel.
  • From Trondheim - Leave E6 at Skedsmokorset, take Rv 120, then Rv 22 towards Fetsund, and finally Rv 159 to the exhibition centre.
